We at Embryolisse Australia & New Zealand offer Free Shipping on all orders over $150.00 within Australia.
Standard delivery (1 - 4 days): $15.00
*shipping to non-metro or rural areas may be longer
International delivery – New Zealand ONLY (3 - 14 days): $30.00

*The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, including duty and taxes and additional border fees.
Orders received before 12pm AEDST will be processed the same day.
Orders received after 12pm AEDST may be processed the following day.
Orders received on public holidays or during holiday closure periods will be processed next business day following.
Australia Post is used for all orders within Australia & New Zealand. If you would like your items to be Shipped via Express post or Fedex, please contact us via email - email@example.com, at the same time as your order. We will advise on any additional costs via email. Payment on any additional freight costs is required in full before the order is dispatched. Free freight is not available if you wish to upgrade to express post on any shipment.
For security reasons, we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
If the delivery details given to us are incorrect, thus affecting delivery, an additional delivery charge may be incurred.
Orders & Payments
It is important that you enter a contact number when placing your order, and that you all information entered is current and accurate.
During the checkout process, the ‘Bill-to’ information refers to the billing address to which your bank mails all statements / correspondence. This address must correspond with the address that your bank has on file. A customers ‘Bill-to’ address can vary to ones ‘Shipping Address’.
All payments will be processed via PayPal, through a credit card or the customers PayPal account. Payments will be processed immediately via PayPal. Company details listed on PayPal receipts and bank/credit card statements will show ‘ACMUSE AUSTRALIA’ or ‘Scotty’s Makeup & Beauty’.
We do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards.
All new orders are subject to a verification procedure to protect against credit card fraud and identity theft. We at Embryolisse Australia & New Zealand will get in touch with you via email or phone to verify that you're the card owner, as well as confirm that the shipping information provided is legitimate. This process may delay an order by a few days and generally requires a simple reply by email or call-back during business hours. This process is designed to protect the card owner as well as the retailer.
Cancelling your order
To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to firstname.lastname@example.org . If the order has not been shipped, the order will immediately be cancelled with no penalty. If the order has been shipped, the guidelines for an unwanted return will be followed (see refund policy).
We at Embryolisse Australia & New Zealand offer a seven (7) day credit note on all of our products. If the product is received in a defective condition, please contact us to arrange return shipping at our expense at email@example.com.
If the product is not defective and simply unwanted, we will accept a return providing the product is unused (within the 7 day period outlined) by issuing a refund or exchange. Return-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
